2. The organizer of the prize competition entitled “Ćvenk s Rendesom” (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition”) is Svijetli start doo, Malešnica 27, HR – 10090, 10000 Zagreb, OIB 60499962936 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”). The competition is organized for the purpose of promoting the Organizer.
3. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

The Competition is open to all natural persons of legal age (+18) who are citizens of the Republic of Croatia, have a registered residence in the territory of the Republic of Croatia and are located in the territory of the Republic of Croatia (hereinafter referred to as the “Participants”) and follow the Rendes website. Employees and immediate family members of employees of the Organizer and any other person connected with this Competition cannot participate in the Competition. Participants in the Competition cannot be legal entities.

5. DURATION OF THE COMPETITION

The competition starts on December 15, 2021 at 2:00 PM and ends on December 19, 2021 at 11:00 AM.

6. HOW TO PARTICIPATE?

To participate in the Competition, it is necessary to post a photo with Rendes products using the hashtag #rendescvenk between 15.12.2021 at 14:00 and 19.12.2021 at 11:00. Participants must set the post to public. The announcement about the competition will be published on: https://www.instagram.com/rendes___/

7. SELECTING THE WINNER

Upon the expiration of the Competition period referred to in Article 6 of these Rules, the potential winners of the Competition will be announced on 20.12.2021. by the end of the day. The jury will select three winners upon completion of the competition. The jury consists of 3 members:

2. Milica Pelko
3. Marta Zadravec

Winners must provide their details for sending the prize by December 21st, by the end of the day.

9. REWARD

The prize is a Rendes Christmas present.

One participant can only win the prize once.

10. All posts and photos posted with the hashtag #rendescvenk https://www.instagram.com/rendes___/ must be free of third party rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark rights, other intellectual property rights, right to privacy, right to use a personal photo, etc. The organizer is not responsible for any third party claims related to the violation of such rights. The Organizer may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any submitted material that may infringe the rights of third parties.
11. The Organizer reserves the right to remove comments and content from the site that communicate messages that are offensive on racial, national, sexual or any other basis, and to automatically disqualify the Participant from participating in the Competition.
12. Participants participating in the Competition are not entitled to claim prizes other than those specified in these Rules or in larger quantities. The prize cannot be exchanged for money, other products or services. Acceptance of the prize terminates all obligations of the Competition Organizer towards the winner.
13. Contest Participants agree, without exception, that the Organizer may use all contest content submitted within the Contest for 24 months for marketing and promotional purposes without any compensation to the Participant.
14. Under no circumstances and in no way shall the Promoter be held liable for any delay, change, disruption, interruption, diversion or substitution, unavailability of the prize(s) due to public holidays or other circumstances that may affect the availability or enjoyment of the prizes, nor for any act or omission arising from the use of any form of transportation included in the prize(s). The Promoter shall not be liable if the failure to perform its obligations results from force majeure.
15. Personal information submitted by Contest Participants through the Contest will be used for verification, sending prizes and confirmation of receipt of the prize if you win it. Your personal information will not be shared with any organization not affiliated with the Organizer, and will be collected, processed, forwarded and stored in a manner prescribed by applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia governing the protection of personal data.
16. For the purposes of participating in the Competition, the Organizer will collect from the Participants their name, surname, address of residence, and telephone number. All personal data of the Participants collected during the Competition will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting and realizing the Competition. The Organizer will also collect additional personal data from the winner: address and telephone number in order to deliver the prize to the winner. The personal data of the participants and winners will be kept for a maximum of 2 months from the end of the Competition, after which they will be permanently deleted. The Organizer will publish the name, surname, and city of the winner in the media of its choice. The Participant is free at any time to ask the Organizer to stop processing his/her personal data by sending a written request and accepts that such refusal may result in the inability to participate in the Competition. By submitting an application for the Competition, the Participant is deemed to have been informed of the collection and processing of his/her personal data in accordance with applicable regulations.
17. All Participants are responsible for any costs or expenses they may incur as a result of their participation in the Competition (including without limitation the cost of Internet access). The costs of entering the Competition online may vary, so please check with your service provider for current fees.
18. The Participant is responsible for all costs, taxes, duties or customs duties that may arise as a result of participating in or winning a prize in the Competition.
19. The Organizer is not responsible if the Participant is unable to access the page at https://www.instagram.com/rendes___/ for any reason. No responsibility will be accepted for possible delays, misdirected, damaged or undelivered data, whether due to technical difficulties that could affect electronic communication or other circumstances.
20. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate, temporarily or permanently, this Contest at any time and from time to time, without any liability, with or without prior notice to Participants.
21. In the event of a dispute between the Participants of this Competition and the Organizer, the Municipal Court in Zagreb shall have jurisdiction.
22. In order to participate in the Competition, the Participant accepts all terms and conditions of the Competition.
23. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall the Organizer or any third party or entity involved in the provision of hosting services, design, creation or distribution of the website be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that may arise from the use of or inability to use the website or from the breach of any warranty, participation in the competition or elsewhere.
